AdsVault sells digital products delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Please read this policy before purchasing.

General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery upon payment, all sales are final once the download link has been generated and made available in your dashboard.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Payment was charged but no download was delivered within 24 hours due to a technical error on our side.
• The delivered package is incomplete or corrupted and cannot be used after contacting support.
• Premium plan: replacement under the 30-day support guarantee when eligibility criteria on the pricing page are met.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after successful delivery.
• Issues caused by incorrect use, platform policy violations, or third-party account restrictions after delivery.
• Expired download links (links are valid for 72 hours).

How to Request

Contact support via Telegram with your order ID and email within 7 days of purchase. Include a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when technically possible, or as account credit at our discretion.
